Loom Knit pattern using Boye round 36-peg hat loom (or Knifty Knitter round 36-peg hat loom)

In my first book, More Knitting Wheel Fashions, I designed a beret that uses wedge bind off. The same technique was used in knitting this slouch hat with multiple cables.
