Loom Knit Ten Stitch Triangle Shawl

Inspired by crochet prayer shawls and the original Ten-Stitch Blanket, I wanted to see what would happen if a ten-stitch square was cut in half diagonally to make a triangular shawl.
It starts with half a short-row mitered square, and proceeds with cast-ons, bind-offs, and a lot of short rows. The single crochet border may be necessary to neaten the cast-on/bind-off edges at the top.
Shawl in sample picture used 2 skeins of Jo-Ann’s Big Twist Classic (#5, bulky weight. The final dimensions were 36 inches wide by 80 inches long.
This would make a great stash buster.
