The loop stitch is a variation on single crochet, with the yarn pulled up to the desired size in the middle of the stitch. Written instructions and a photo tutorial are included in the pattern.

Yarn is 50% merino, 50% silk, 3.5 ounces (100 grams)/300 yards (275 meters). You will need 1 skein and will have extra yarn.

The back of the pillow is single crochet.

You will need a pillow form 10 inches square. A tapestry needle is recommended to weave in the ends.
