  • Gepard Garn Cashmere Klassik (100% Cashmere, 25g / 105m) Heavy Fingering
  • Sport weight yarn.
  • Approximately 250 (280) m 275 (306) y for a 70 cm scarf / Approximately 215 (240) m 235 (262) y for a 60 cm scarf.

NEEDLES

  • Large: US 5 (3.75 mm) circular needles (32-40” / 80 or 100 cm length) for knitting in the round using the Magic Loop method.
  • Small: US 3 (3 mm) DPNs or circular needles for flat knitting.

GAUGE
31 sts x 34 rows / 10 x 10 cm / in 3x1 ribbing using larger needles, measured after washing.

NOTIONS
Stitch markers, stitch holder or scrap yarn, tapestry needle, scissors.

CONSTRUCTION
The scarf is worked in the round using Judy’s Magic Cast On. Using a circular needle 32-40” / 80-100 cm in length, the scarf is knit to the desired length with the Magic Loop method. The loop is then formed by switching to smaller needles and working double
knitting flat.
