Loop Scrunchy
There is no set gauge for this pattern, it’s totally based on how fluffy you want your scrunchy! It uses any fiber yarn, and any weight yarn, and you can vary the hook size to fit your needs. The finer the yarn, the more delicate, the bulkier the yarn, the more chunky. It’s up to you. I have had great success with worsted weight yarn and an H hook.
Scrap yarn is perfect for this pattern, and all you need is about 20 yards and a hair elastic. The larger no metal sized ones work the best, but it’s up to you. Depending on how thick your yarn, and how big your hook, you may need more or less yarn.
