The Loopy Bath Loofah is a great pattern to use to make a reusable, washable bath loofah for use in your personal shower routine. I used cotton yarn to make this pattern as it is what is best recommended for items that need to absorb water and be used for cleaning. I would rate this pattern as an easy pattern. Some beginners may want to make sure they are comfortable reading a pattern and know their basic stitches before attempting this pattern.

This pattern can be made using any size hook that you are comfortable with. It may change the size of the loofah, but that’s about it. I used solids to create the pictured loofah, but you could also use a variegated yarn for a different look.
