This warm and wooly unisex cabled vest features an original cable. It is simple to knit and classically styled. I’m not usually a vest person, but I was blown away by how warm and cozy I stayed walking on the beach on a cold and windy day.

Gauge: 22 sts and 23 rows = 4”/10cm on cabled fabric using US 8/5mm needles taken after blocking.

Needles: Size US 4/3.5mm 30” (or longer) circular needle, size US 8/5mm 30” (or longer) circular needle, and your preferred needles for small circumference knitting in both sizes.

Note: Use the needle size needed to achieve gauge; going down 3 US sizes for the Ribbing needle.
