Loopy Ears Winter Hat
by Sheri K
This is a fun pattern to make. Instructions are given for one basic hat with suggestions for variations. Choose from three different ear styles which are crocheted directly onto the hat; minimal sewing is required.
Pattern instructions are written for multiple sizes, stitch count for the size being worked is indicated with a different color ink and placement inside of brackets: Toddler (Child, Youth, Adult-small, Adult-large). The hats fit a head circumference of 15 (17, 19, 21, 23) inches, with a depth of 6 (7, 8, 9, 10) inches.
I used Bernat Roving, size 5 wool yarn. The colors shown in the photos are #011/Bark, #100/Rice Paper, and #033/Flint.
