This sweet little loop-bristled hedgie is simple to make! Constructed in one continuous spiral, with no sewing required. Don’t worry about making all the loops the same size -- it looks just as cute as a rough-coat! :-)

Gauge is unimportant. At gauge given your Loopy Hedgehog should turn out approximately 5” (13cm) long.

Difficulty level: Moderately Easy

Materials:

• Red Heart worsted weight yarn in 3 colours (MC – Sandy Print, 40 yards (20g); CC – Coffee, 20 yards (10g); and pink, 1 yard (0.5g))
• crochet hook, size H (8) (5.00mm)
• 12mm post & washer safety eyes
• polyester fiberfill stuffing, 5g

Stitches used: Magic Ring, ch = chain, slst = slip stitch, sc = single crochet, Lsc = loop sc (tutorial given), sc2tog = sc 2 together
