A must-have autumn decoration, the Loopy Herringbone Pumpkin is both fun to make and adds a touch of whimsy to your home. Using bulky yarn, the pumpkins are crocheted flat and are assembled using the slip stitch and a tapestry needle. The stem and loopy leaves are then crocheted using worsted weight yarn and are sewn onto the top of the pumpkin. A photo tutorial for the loopy leaves is included in the tutorials section of the pattern.
