This necklace is loosely inspired by the bold statement jewelry that websites like Anthropologie are showing for Spring.

I’ve called this a knitting pattern, but it’s really a handmade jewelry project. The pendant is made using a length of knitted i-cord (a video tutorial is also posted on the page). Then the center is embellished with bright embroidery stitches for a unique piece of jewelry that displays a variety of needle crafts.

This is a great project for using leftover yarn, so the gauge depends on the yarn and needles you choose to use.
