Lorentz was a collaborator of Einstein on the Theory of Special Relativity. Inspired by watching a Khan Academey video about Special Relativity and the Lorentz Transformation, this pattern features simple knits and purls to create a textured design.

Lorentz are toe-up socks started from a Turkish Cast On, with a short row heel and slipped stitch heel flap.

This pattern includes both written instructions and charts.
