There is an option to have this a no sew project with a hot glue gun or an option to sew just a tiny bit that is very easy on the hands. Both options are great, I am perfectly fine with hot gluing mine but I know many don’t like doing that so this has a sew option as well.

I have been wanting to make some cute little ghosts for a long time now, when a friend asked if I could make her some for their bunko game nights I decided I wanted to make my own pattern. I really wanted the draped sheet look that is nostalgic from my childhood so that was my challenge. This is what I came up with and I am thrilled with the outcome.
This cute little ghost can be made of any size yarn and any size hook you prefer. Just adapt the size of safety eyes to your size of ghost. You will be able to make several of these ghosts from one skein of yarn.
One of the best attributes of this ghost is that the draped sheet look will stay in place because of the technique I have come up with for the inside of the project. It won’t become deformed and have to be manipulated.
Items you will need:
Your yarn: I have used I love this yarn, acrylic, 4 medium, white.
Safety eyes, I use small ones if you follow this pattern.
3.5 crochet hook.
Hot glue gun.
Yarn sewing needle.
Some poly-fil to stuff.

This pattern has been tested and approved.
Statement from the tester: I’m so thankful I got to test this adorable sheet ghost pattern! Lori Page did a fantastic job designing and writing the pattern! She came up with a fun technique to make the ghostly waving of the sheet that I’ve never seen. I’m looking forward to making more! Allison Pickett Lentz (she added cute little rosy cheeks to hers).
