Lorne Cami is a cropped top, worked in plain stockinette stitch that accentuates lovely details on the straps and the hem. The two finishing options, : mellow finish and picot finish, for these parts, gives a feminine look to the top. This light and comfy summer knit goes well with high waist bottoms, shorts or skirts!

Lorne Cami is worked from the top down seamlessly. First it is worked in the round to shape the upper yoke and straps. Then the front and back yoke are worked separately back and forth while the strap stitches are placed on hold. Stitches are cast on at the underarms and the front and back are joined in one piece, and the body is worked in the round seamlessly to the hem where you can choose between mellow or picot finishing. Straps are shaped with German short row technique and worked with mellow or picot finishing to correspond to the hem finishing. Lastly, the neckline is finished off with an i-cord bind-off. The recommended length in the pattern is cropped but you can adjust it to your desired length.

This is a recommendation only; If you want to wear the top to fit looser, one size up is recommended.

Lorne Cami はトップダウンでシームレスに編んでいきます. はじめに身頃上部とストラップを輪で編みます. 次にストラップの目を休み目し, 前身頃と後ろ身頃を往復編みで編みます. 脇下で作り目をして前身頃と後ろ身頃をつなげたら, 輪編みで裾まで編みます. ストラップはショートロウで形成し, 最後にネックラインをi-cordで仕上げます. パターンではクロップド丈を推奨していますが, 好みの着丈に仕上げることができます.
