Lost Creek Cowl
From the Knit Picks Website:
The great outdoors frequently inspires my design process. In this piece, my inspiration came entirely from a trip to the Lost Creek area at the foot of Mt. Hood, just outside of my home in Portland, Oregon. I do not regularly take out my smart phone to snap photographs solely for a knit piece, but here I did. Everything from the vibrant fall colors and the lovely moss hugging each tree truck to the actual creek itself. I found the Watercolor color-way of Chroma spoke to the colors I experienced, then I incorporated two different lace stitch patterns to elicit the texture and flow of that beautiful place. Despite the color inspiration I had, this piece would be stunning in any color of Chroma (or even Stroll Glimmer).
