Lost Northern Star has a Nordic inspired colourwork yoke. The sweater is knit top-down seamlessly. The sleeves are knit straight until the cuffs and decrease rapidly for the ribbing. The sweater has short rows to bring up the back of the neck, and the pattern features optional bust darts as well. The body is straight and cropped, but it’s easy to modify to the desired length. There are three options for sleeve length included to get the right fit for your arms.

The sweater is meant to be worn with positive ease. Choose a size with approx. 2.75 ” / 7 cm ease at the bust circumference.

NOTE: I was not able to find test knitters for the last 4 sizes but would be happy to accept some. If you would like to receive this pattern for testing one of those sizes, send me a PM and we’ll figure out a timeline! Test knitters will receive an additional pattern as a thank you for completing the test.

5-6-6-6 (6-7-7-8) 8-9-9-10 balls of MC, 1 ball of CC1, 2-2-2-2 (2-2-2-2) 2-2-2-3 balls of CC2.
