Lost Winds Shawl
Lost Winds Beach is a beautiful spot in San Clemente. Descend the long stairway to the trail, then over the railroad tracks and you find yourself in a little bit of heaven. Our Lost Winds Shawl mimics the gentle waves of sand contrasted with the industrial railroad tracks, the combination is a gorgeous shawl perfect for summer.
The Lost Winds Shawl is knit with two skeins of our Bianca lace weight yarn, one variegated and one semi-solid. The first section is all garter stitch using a single strand of yarn, changing to two strands held double while you make the color changes for the lace section. There are four increases on this shawl, 2 edge and 2 center. The shape this creates helps the shawl to sit perfectly on your shoulders.
