Lotti Dotti
Simple yet fun stitch patterns repeat and evolve to create a large loop cowl that can be worn long for style or wrapped doubled for warmth. Stylish & practical, you’ll need one in every color.
This project is suitable for beginners. The directions are written.
Materials:
2 skeins Emma’s Yarn Simply Spectacular DK, 75% Merino, 25% Nylon; 255yds/ 100g (color shown is Sea Me Now)
or 2 skeins Emma’s Yarn Drapey DK, 70% Merino, 30% Silk; 231 yards/ 100g
US size 7 needle (the cowl is knit flat so straight or circular needles will do)
Scrap yarn and crochet hook (4mm or larger) for provisional cast on
Darning needle
Finished measurements:
10 inches wide x 62 inches long (before grafting) 31inches looped.
Gauge:
6sts/6 rows= 1 inch
