This is a crochet pattern and not a finished ladybird.

This crochet pattern includes step by step instructions to make your own Lottie the Ladybird. There are extra photographs included to help you with finishing and facial features.

LANGUAGE - Pattern is written in English, using UK crochet terminology.

SIZE - approximately 20cm depending on yarn and hook choices and individual tension.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL - Intermediate due to colour change bobble stitch.

SKILLS - amigurumi style crochet (crochet spiral round), magic ring, dc, tr increases and decreases. Basic sewing to attach parts. Use of toy joints and safety eyes.

MATERIALS NEEDED - 3.5mm crochet hook, dk weight yarn in 3 colours, black, red and cream, 2 x 12mm black toy safety eyes, 1 pair of 20mm teddy joints, polyester toy stuffing, yarn needle. Stitch markers.

Sample uses Scheepjes Stonewashed.
