Short sleeved top knitted in silk, angora, wool and a thin line of nylon. This blend creates a nice drape.
Worked bottom up in the round beginning with Japanese lace border at the bottom, continuing in stockinette stitch without shaping. Pictured on a dress makers model size 44” bust, and depending on ease desired, would fit sizes 42 - 48. The picture shows 2” ease.
Gauge is 20 sts x 29 rows over 4” (worsted weight).
As this was created using yarn from a previously loved jumper, I cannot give accurate yardage, but can say it weighs less than 400g.
With the boxy style and ease, this is a relaxed top suited to many body shapes.
