Lotus Moon Tiles
This bright cheerful afghan with large floral motifs is a show stopper. It is rich in texture, character, and possibility. Endless color combinations can be used to create different floral effects. The gentle cupping of the petals adds subtle dimension and interest, and the framing of the individual motifs gives a tile-like effect.
The pattern document is full of photos, details, and explanations for every step. Color placement planning sheets are included for each motif and for the entire afghan, as well as detailed yarn usage by color and motif so that you may more easily plan your own afghan.
For information on the original colors used in the sample afghan, please visit everytrickonthehook.com and see the blog post about yarn planning.
Please note: This pattern, Lotus Moon Tiles, includes everything you need to make the afghan made of octagon motifs as shown. The pattern has complete instructions for the octagon, 6 inch square, 6 inch triangle, and border.
Pattern is available in the following languages:
- English (US terms)
- Dutch
- Coming Soon: German
A matching 12 inch afghan square pattern can be found here: Lotus Moon 12 inch afghan block pattern, but is not required to make the Lotus Moon Tiles afghan.
