Louise Crochet Cowl
This versatile and ingenious cowl combines the look of a scarf and and cowl together. It can be worn with the split over the shoulder, in the front or back, creating a variety of different looks. The samples were crocheted in two colors, but a single color can be used for another variation. The cowl is lots of fun to wear and a great wardrobe addition.
The sample cowls are 18” long and 22” in circumference which fits fairly close to the neck. The pattern gives instructions for increasing the circumference for a looser fit. Depending on the yardage of your yarn, a larger size may require additional skeins.
Dizzy Blonde Sock Yarn was used to make the pink and brown cowl and Koigu KPPPM/KPM was used to create the blue and green cowl. However, any fingering weight yarn can be used.
