Needle Sizes are suggestions. Use the sizes needed to obtain the correct gauge. To that end, you are free to adjust your finished size by increasing your stitch gauge. ( More than the recommended stitches per inch = smaller finished size and fewer than the recommended stitches per inch= larger finished size)
