There is an errata for this pattern from the book 6:
After the instructions 20th and every alt row the rows have been mis-numbered.
The rows are correct in the book but the 23rd row should read 21st row and then run in sequence: so the 25th is the 23rd and 27th is the 25th and finishing with the 27th row not 29th row.
