Love in 22 Languges has an irregular triangle shape,
featuring heart-borders on 2 edges and mini hearts allover.
LOVE is translated into 22 languages and then translated into Morse-signs - knitted in purl stitch and wrapped stitches.

It can be knit in worsted or DK weight. Size is customizable, the pdf includes more languages to elongate the shawl. - I recommend a smooth yarn in a solid or semi-solid colour to show off the pattern well.

Size for gauge 18 sts x 24 rows (worsted, as shown): approximately 185cm/42.5” long (a) and 55cm/15” wide (b) after blocking
Size for gauge 21 sts x 28 rows (DK weight yarn): approximately 140cm/35” long (a) and 47cm/12” wide (b)

Consumption approximately 576m/630yds (3 skeins of Malabrigo Rios) for shown size. Size can be easily customized.
Gauge is not crucial for this design, but a deviation may result in different end size and yarn consumption.
