This pattern is part of my Bar’s Heritage Collection.

It is a mosaic crochet pattern, where you will work on the right side only. Your work will curl, but this will be fixed by the border. The pattern consists of charts, written instructions, and a detailed explanation of mosaic including a photo tutorial of a sample. This sample can be used as a coaster.

I recommend making this sample, so you can determine your gauge and see which hook will give you the best result.

The gauge is 24 stitches by 26 rows for a sample of 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm)

The pillow measures 15” x 15” (40 x 40 cm)

I used Drops Alpaca, 2 balls of Off White (100), 1 ball of Mineral Blue (7139), and 1 ball of Dark Blush (9024)

I used a hook 3 mm for the foundation row, then switched to 2.5 mm for the remainder of the pillow.

This pattern is available in US and UK terms, and in Dutch.

Dit kussen is onderdeel van mijn Bar’s Heritage collectie.

Dit is een patroon voor mozaïek haken, waarbij je slechts aan één kant van je werk haakt. Hierdoor kan je werk iets gaan krullen, maar dat trekt weer weg nadat je de rand hebt gehaakt. Dit patroon bestaat uit een tabel, geschreven instructies en een uitgebreide uitleg van mozaïek haken met een fotohandleiding van een proeflapje. Dit proeflapje is gelijk een onderzetter.

Ik raad je aan dit proeflapje te maken, zodat je kunt zien of jouw stekenverhouding overeenkomt met die van mij.

MIjn stekenverhouding is 24 steken bij 26 toeren voor 10 x 10 cm.

Het kussen is 40 x 40 cm.

Ik heb Drops Alpaca gebruikt. 2 bollen Naturel (100) als hoofdkleur en 1 bol Mineraalblauw (7139) en 1 bol Donkerblush (9024)

Ik heb de lossenketting met haaknaald 3 mm gehaakt en de rest met haaknaald 2,5 mm.

Pas op - mozaïekhaken kan verslavend zijn!
