This wrap design idea spontaneously arrived in my brain, as soon as I saw a rainbow of sparkly colored yarns, and recalled a collection of rainbow of textured ribbons my Dad brought home for me as a small child. Maybe that gift really contributed to my love of color and texture? Who knows, but I really enjoyed my collection of rainbow ribbons.

Pattern creates a trapezoid shape.

This wrap begins with the Left Side, increasing every RS row until it reaches full width. The Center section has no shaping, then the Right Side narrows down with decreases every RS row to the tip.
There are Garter sections alternating with Stockinette sections throughout the wrap. The Stockinette has contrasting-color
textured ribbons (narrow, wide, mirror, wide, narrow). The upper edge has an integrated I Cord Border, and there are optional tassels at the lower trapezoid edge and points.

Pattern instructions written out row-by-row for easy and relaxing knitting.

Difficulty/Skills Required: Intermediate.
Long tail cast on, Knit, Purl, KFB, K2tog, SSK, I Cord bind off, YO, Blocking, Weaving in ends.

Fingering, Light Fingering, Sock.

Gauge: Stockinette: 24 sts and 34 rows = 4” / 10 cm. Gauge isn’t crucial, as it’s a wrap, but being off-gauge may affect the finished size of your wrap and yarn usage.
