I recently rewatched the movie Love Jones and I had this red squishy yarn sitting in my stash and I instantly realized I needed to knit something cool and cozy, much like the leading lady, Nina.

I am calling this a sweater/poncho. It has a cowl neck that is knit in the round. Then the rest of the sweater is knit flat on a circular needle. It is knit mostly in garter stitch so it works up fast but the simple lace columns keep you from getting bored.

This sweater can be knit in five sizes XS-S (M-L, 1X-2X, 3X-4X, 5X). It is meant to have a very oversized fit.
