Love Knot
The pattern includes both written directions and graphs.
The Love Knot Shawl combines my two loves in knitting: Cables and Lace. It is a top down shawl with a center panel and two wings. All the cables twist to the right symbolizing crossing over the heart and my love for this craft. The faroese shape is formed by adding extra increases in the wing sections that results in a shawl that rests on your shoulders and stays in place. The pattern is worked on both right and wrong side rows, but it is easy to memorize and fun to knit.
