These sweet baby socks offer 2 different heart-inspired motifs. The pattern lists 2 different sizes which will adjust the circumference of the foot and ankle. They can easily be knit with longer or shorter feet and ankle to accommodate a wide variety of infant feet. They are knit top down, in the round on one set of double pointed needles.

Two or 3 pairs can easily be made from one skein of Lion Brand Superwash Merino. A pair only requires about 6 yards of contrasting color.

These are a wonderful way to learn the heel flap method of making socks as they’re so quick to knit up and don’t have many stitches to count. I’ve included links to online tutorials for methods included int his pattern.
