Love Me Cardigan is a light and delicate cardigan with a 10+/- cm (4 inch) positive ease which gives it relaxed and bohemian look. The pattern includes two alternative yarn suggestions: single strand Dale Erle or Double strands Drops Kid Silk.

The cardigan can be decorated for dressed up occasions or even bridal wear, but it works just as nicely for everyday use.

The cardigan is knit top-down in stockinette stitch. Techniques used are German short rows, raglan increases, and i-cord edges. All techniques are described throughout the document and linked to demonstration videos.

Gauge: 10 cm = 19 st / 29 rows

XS: Chest 96 cm / Length 37 cm
S: Chest 101 cm / Length 38 cm
M: Chest 107 cm / Length 41 cm
L: Chest 116 cm / Length 43 cm
XL: Chest 124 cm / Length 44 cm

The length of the cardigan can easily be extended as it is knitted top-down. 10 cm extra length requires about 1 extra skein of Erle or 2-3 skeins of Kid Silk depending on size.

You will need between 6-10 skeins of kid silk or 3 skeins of Erle to knit the short version.
