INTRODUCTION
Revived Yarn is a community project created in
2017 by Elisabetta Melis to provide a
sustainable way to warm people affected by
homelessness and poverty in Dublin Ireland.
Volunteers knit all year round to provide hats,
scarves and mittens to charities and
organisations for distribution to the ones in
need.
Homelessness and poverty are a systemic
problem in our society and are on the rise across
the world. Cold months are especially
challenging for the individuals who are forced to
spend most of their days outside or cannot afford
to pay for heating in their household.
You can donate the Love on Top hat to Revived Yarn or a community local to you or you could give back by donating to a charity of your choosing helping the homeless.

Katia Basic Merino 50 g/120 m, modelled in
colors 40 (MC) and 20 (CC) for a total of:
MC 1 (2, 2) balls
CC 1 (1, 1) balls

GAUGE
24 sts and 28 rows = 10 cm in stockinette in
the round with US 7/4.5 mm needles,
unblocked

TOOLS
3 stitch markers, 1 different stitch
marker for the BOR, darning needle,
fingering scrap yarn in other color than
