Your choice of two colors will determine how feminine or masculine the shawl will be. While this shawl features some lace for her, it maintains a structure that is not too frilly for him. The use of short rows helps flatten the shawls triangular shape.

Size: 55” (140cm) Wide, 26” (66cm) Deep

Materials

Yarn: 2 hanks Dream in Color - Smooshy, 100% merino wool. The sample shawl was knitted using approximately 360 yards Scorched Lime (MC) and 150 yards November Muse (CC).

Gauge: 21sts and 36 rows = 4” in Stockinette stitch.

Needles: Circular # 6 US/4.0mm – 32” or 40” length.

Misc: 4 stitch markers, 48” waste yarn for lifeline, tapestry needle, blocking wire (optional), plenty of rust proof pins for blocking.
