This is a pattern for a light weight wrap. It’s heavier than a shawl, but just the ideal for a cool evening, or air conditioning. It is comprised of two stitches, both coming to us from Estonia. One reminded me of the pebbles on the ocean bottom, and the other, of a starfish, hence the name.The final size is 22 1/2 inches by 72 inches. The stitches are both charted and written out line by line. There are also instructions for an optional crocheted edging contained within the pattern, should you want it edged.

Skill Level: Intermediate - Intermediate + (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting)

The yarn used in the sample is Sea Wool, by Fleece Artist, in colorway, Tourmaline.
