A stranded colourwork cowl, perfect for anyone of any gender.

Gauge: 26 stitches by 31 rows in stranded colourwork. Gauge is not ciritical to fit, but knitting at other gauges will result in either a larger or smaller size.

I used approx 1.7 skeins of Rico Design Essentials Soft Merino Aran in shade 20, 0.54 of a skein in shade 15 and approx. 0.12 of a skein each of shades 01 and 22. Additionally, size 5 & 6 needles (3.75mm & 4mm), darning/tapestery needle, stitch marker & scissors.

Knit on a 60cm (24”) circular. Can also be knit on DPN’s, two circulars or magic loop.

Please note - there are a number of long floats that will require trapping as you go, and also the use of duplicate stitch (swiss darning) to add extra details.
