• Optional: 1–2 bead(s): make sure each bead has a center hole and that one of your crochet hooks as well as the yarn you use for this project can go through the center hole
• Optional: felt fabric and glue if you would like to glue on the eye

The size depends on the yarn weight and the crochet hook size. As a reference, using the recommended materials, the bird will be approximately 3.5 inches tall, not including the bookmark strings.
