A perfect gift for babies and kids of all ages as well as being a great decorative gem. Mommies will love it because it offers all the softness and comfort of a favorite blanket (wings are loose for easy grasping) but is small enough to be carried about.

This ladybug is knit in-the-round from the bottom up, french knots are placed for eyes before finishing head. Stitches are picked up for the wings which are knit flat, right wing first, then left wing. Antennae are added using simple crochet stitches.

Shown sample uses Willow Meadow yarns, knits up as a (3) DK. You will need total of 60 yds - 40 yds black, 20 yds re, 1 yd white.
