Materials and tools you will need:

• main color yarn (that can be brushed up) - under 50 g;
• fluffy fancy yarn for the mane and the tip of the tail – under 20 g;
• ready-made plastic nose (you can make it out of polymer clay or embroider it instead – instructions are not given);
• 2 black half beads (I used 8 mm diameter) for the pupils;
• a piece of white felt for the white of the eyes (optional);
• matching crochet hook;
• wire – the diameter and quantity depends on the size of your toy. I used 1-1.5 m (39-59 inches);
• adhesive-backed fabric tape 1 cm wide to work up the wire;
• any stuffing;
• tapestry needle.

Measurements:
I used beige “Khlopok Travka” by Camtex (100g/220m, 65% cotton, 35% polyamide), section-color “Tecno” by YarnArt (50g/100m, 100% polyamide) and crochet hook 1.75 mm for the main parts and 2.0 mm for the mane. The lion is 15 cm (5.9 inches) tall using the materials mentioned above.
