Worked in from the cuff up, these mittens have a non-traditional construction for the thumb that provides a fit like a gusseted mitten but without increases or changes to the stitch count. The angled lines in the contract colour are made using stranded colourwork, and the contrast colour yarn continues to be stranded until the hand is complete, offering an invisible layer of warmth.

Sized to fit the average ladies hand, but can be modified by changing the gauge and yarn weight.
