This is simple ruffle scarf that uses a fingering weight yarn. It can be made in a child or adult size and consists of just 5 rows plus a foundation row.

SIZE: Child, Adult - just the length is different

SKILL LEVEL: Easy (skills and techniques used include - creating a foundation single crochet row, following instructions for special stitches such as a V stitch and an Increase)

YARN: #1 Fingering Weight, 1 skein (400-415 yards) Tippy Tree Yarns Single Ply Sock

HOOK SIZE: US Size (E/4) 3.5 mm
