Lovingkindness Cowl
May you be well. May you be happy. May you have ease.
Lovingkindness, or Metta, is a Buddhist practice that encourages us to cultivate a friendly heart towards ourselves and others. In these troubled times, a touch of friendliness can go a long way toward making our challenges more bearable. What better way to remind yourself to be kind and brighten someone’s day than wearing the sentiment on your sleeve (or in this case, neck?)
