Low Tide was created with breezy, sunshiny days in mind. Throw it on over a tank or swim suit for a day at the beach, or keep it nearby for cool spring and summer evenings.

Worked from the bottom up, beginning with a rolled edge and ribbing on a split hem, for just the right amount of whimsy. A scoop neck with drop shoulders and dolman sleeves finish off the seaside look.
