This Outlander inspired, unisex, crochet cowl was designed around Lord John Grey, my favorite supporting character. Lord John is a loyal friend to Jamie, supporting and helping him in many situations. Like Lord John, this cowl has your neck covered, with a triangular extension at center back to keep the back of your neck as warm as your front. Two different versions are pictured: one representing Lord John as a young redcoat and worked in Fiber stash Dye Works Strong Toes in color campfire (C1) and O-wool O-wash fingering in color slate (C2), and the other represents the Gentleman Lord John, Governor, agent of the crown, and Lord, created with two Berroco fingering weight yarns, Nebula in color Sagittarius (C1) and Ultra Wool Fine in color Stonewashed (C2).
