As I prepared for our adventure to Rhinebeck for NY Sheep and Wool Festival, I was lucky enough to receive a ticket to Indie Untangled. I stopped in for just enough time to see a couple of friends and find the yarn that I used for the design. It was the first time that I ever met Julie and her yarn, both charming. I knew the second that I saw it that I would make something special with it. The rustic but soft touch of the yarn beckoned for texture and my spirit was uplifted. Our life goes through many stages, this design is inspired by the moment when things become clear, a celebration of the strength of endurance, faith and connection. I hope that you enjoy knitting this design as much as I have enjoyed creating it.
