The Lucille Sweater is knit from bottom up and in the round. It features an all over repeating lace design, 1x1 ribbing with scallop details, folded collar and balloon sleeves. The body is knit in the round before stitches are casted off for the underarms, and the front and back sections are worked flat. The shoulders are connected with a 3 needle bind off. Stitches are placed back onto the needles and picked up to create the collar. The sleeves are knit from bottom up starting with the ribbing. They are hand sewn in place at the armhole after binding off. The lace design is charted.
