Lucy has been a long way in coming out. The first version was knit not long after I started knitting and several more have graced my needles since, before finally, she came together. Lucy is named for the diamonds with a cheeky reference to the Beatles song. The lace and cable combination is both feminine and simple with some of the shaping hidden directly in the pattern.
