The borders are garter stitch.
The dress is narrower, short sleeved and with a brand new neckline, with mitered corners.
The neckband is knit flat, but using circular needles, because it curves round the opening.
The triangles can be knit in several bright contrasting colours or just one.

Place markers throughout to assist in row count.
