This reversible shawl consists of a repeated diamond pattern that alternates knit and purl diamond rows and a garter stitch edge on both edges. It starts with a CO of 4 sts and increases are made on both sides of every RS row. The diamond pattern is shown in a chart and with instructions. It is a 10 st and 20 row repeat.
Any yarn will work. I was inspired by Zauberball Cotton yarn. I started with the lightest color from both balls and held the 2 strands together. If you choose to knit it in a heavier yarn, or continue the pattern longer, you will create a larger shawl. I recommend a variegated or gradient yarn. Use the size needle recommended for your yarn. The finished size is up to you.
