This blanket incorporates both knitting and crochet,using 3 colours, but could be made in a single colour. Finished measurement is 32ins x 32ins. There are a total of 49 squares in the blanket, Each square is joined to the next using knitted garter stitch (photo tutorial given)in strips of 7 squares, alternating the colours and using the third colour as the knitted join. The strips are then joined in the same way, and a garter stitch border knitted on. (Size could be varied, for example an 81 square blanket but more yarn would be required)
