This pattern is a video tutorial for this simple granny square luggage tag. Experienced crocheters may be able to just make it on sight as it is easy! I made the video for beginner crocheters who would like a fast, simple and useful project. Enjoy!

Use up scraps of any yarn from your yarn stash, DK/ category 3 / 8 ply yarn is recommended, but it really doesn’t matter as long as it fits over your tag. I used cotton, however any yarn could be used.

Although I used this used luggage tag to cover a black luggage tag you could just substitute the tag with cardboard as you can’t see it anyway and crochet a strap to attach it to your bag.
